What's inside Pure for Her?
Pure for Her is made from four ingredients: psyllium husk, flaxseed, chia seed, and aloe vera.
Psyllium husks are harvested from the Plantago ovata plantain in Northern India. Plantago ovata is a modest little plant that has been used for hundreds of years in traditional Indian cleansing practices to support a healthy digestive system. The plantain's outer seed coating contains long-chain carbohydrates that become gelatinous when they absorb water.
Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) is a food and fiber crop that is grown in cooler regions of the world. Flaxseed carries many healthy components but its primary healthy benefits include omega-3 fatty acids, lingans and you guessed it... fiber!
Chia (Salvia hispanica) is a species of flowering plant in the mint family and native to South America. Despite their tiny size, chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet, loaded with protein, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.
Aloe vera is a succulent grown all around the world for its medicinal purposes, having been used for everything from burn relief to makeup removal. As a digestive aid, it may help relieve inflammation and strengthen the smooth muscle of the intestine, improving your ability to fully pass your meals.
How much fiber is in each capsule of Pure for Her?
Each capsule contains 500mg of 100% pure, natural dietary fiber (psyllium husk, chia, flaxseed and aloe vera).
Is Pure for Her vegan?
Absolutely. Pure for Her is a 100% non-animal product with no artificial chemicals or pesticides.
Many common alternative fiber supplements use gelatin to produce their capsules. Gelatin is an animal by-product formed from collagen obtained from connective tissues and organs of animals.
Pure for Her uses vegetarian capsules made from cellulose, which carries zero potential health risks–even when consumed in the long term, as they are natural and nontoxic. Our capsules are also kosher and halal.
What's the "magic" in Pure for Her?
While the results may feel magical, the process behind Pure for Her is basic science.
First, you take 2 to 3 capsules of Pure for Her, twice a day with water. Once fully hydrated, the Aloe Vera, Chia, Flaxseed and Psyllium inside of each capsule swell to form a soft-but-solid mass. The expanded fiber begins to pass safely through your digestive tract, binding to food particles and any waste left along the way. The process is a lot like a soft sponge cleaning up behind your meals, providing an excellent medium to help maintain the flow of elimination.
How long does it take until I see results?
No two people have the exact same digestive system but the majority of customers report regular results within a day or so after they start using Pure for Her. Many regularly take 2-3 capsules with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
How do I know when I'm "Pure?"
You should notice a big difference in the "fullness" of your bowel movements. Movements that lack fiber are typically scattered and messy, whereas once you have Pure for Her clearing out your system, everything should be nicely packed together in a very clean fashion.
Some customers report not needing to wipe after using the restroom or that they see little-to-no debris on toilet paper when they do.
Can I take more than the recommended amount of Pure?
Sure. Fiber is an essential part of a healthy diet. Although most customers achieve desired results with the recommended 2-3 capsules, twice a day, taking more (e.g. 2-4 capsules, three times a day) will further enhance your dietary consumption of fiber.
Be sure to get plenty of water to help with absorption and as always, consult your physician ahead of time for any custom recommendations.
Are there any other benefits to taking Pure for Her?
1. Weight Management
The fiber inside of Pure for Her has been known to be very useful as a weight management tool. Chia, flaxseed and Psyllium Husk are highly effective when taken about 30 minutes before meals. This way, the fiber will have time to expand in your stomach and give you a "full" feeling.
2. Heart Health
Research has shown that soluble fiber may help lower cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is merely one way a bad diet can affect your heart. Numerous studies have shown that both soluble and insoluble fibers may help improve heart health. Psyllium alone has shown possibilities to help with heart health by lowering blood pressure, improving lipid levels, and strengthening heart muscle.
3. Hangover Aid
The absorptive qualities of Pure for Her's soluble fiber work well with alcohol in the stomach, as well. If you take it before a night out, it may help soak up excess alcohol and aid with nasty morning hangovers. Talk about an added benefit!
Is weight a factor in serving size? I am small and worried about taking too much.
2 or 3 capsules should be fine, but it really depends on what works best for you. Our suggestion is to start with 2 capsules, twice a day followed by a quick "check" on the following evening. After 24 hours, if you find that your bowel movements are full, yet semi-soft and that there is not much (if any) debris left behind, then you've found the perfect balance!
Of course, there may be days or nights when you've had a particularly bad diet (e.g. chili dogs, beer, etc.) and so you might want to take an extra capsule or two to help bind the excess particles in your system.
IMPORTANT: No matter how much fiber you take, be sure to drink plenty of water to help with absorption. This is key!
Should I take this before, with or after meals?
It's completely up to you when to take Pure for Her. Some customers prefer before during or after meals (e.g. 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner). However, either approach should deliver the same results and have little to no impact on your overall experience.
Can I take Pure for Her with other supplements or medications?
We suggest leaving an hour or two between taking Pure for Her and any other oral medications.
Regarding other dietary supplements, there shouldn't be any problem. However, it's best to consult with your personal physician for their professional recommendations on how to best use our product with other supplements and medicines, and what results you should expect.
Is Pure for Her safe for daily use?
Absolutely. In fact, fiber is crucial to the maintenance of good health. Waste that cannot be eliminated through urine is excreted into the bowel. If food mass, such as fiber, is not present in the intestines, then the toxins can be reabsorbed back into the body. The American Heart Association recommends you get at least 25 grams of fiber each day.
After you begin using the supplement, you’ll have a good idea of how your body responds to the added fiber intake and how long it takes to go into effect following a period of non-use.
IMPORTANT: As with any dietary supplement, it is recommended that you consult your physician if you are taking medications or if you are pregnant.
How many carbs does one serving of Pure For Her contain?
Carbohydrates in the form of dietary fiber are not absorbed or digested by the body and therefore do not cause blood sugar to rise. Therefore the fiber in each capsule of Pure for Her is effectively carb-free.
The only component of the supplement that would be considered “digestible” calories would be the rice flour. There are only 12mg or 0.05 calories of rice flour per capsule, so its effect on ketosis is essentially negligible. We understand that low-carb (ketogenic) diets are very restrictive and some require less than 40 grams of carbohydrates per day, but the fiber content in Pure for Her is .012g/pill.
What are the side effects?
There are no reported side effects of natural fiber. However, if you take too much at one time (or don't drink enough water), you may experience bloating, gas, or diarrhea.
If you experience any additional symptoms, call your doctor immediately!
Is the shipping material and packaging discreet?
Absolutely. To prevent theft (and nosey neighbors), our product ships in discreet, generic packaging directly to your residence.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
Be advised: International shipping does cost a bit more and depending on your chosen shipping method, may not come with tracking once your package leaves the US.
Be further advised: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Can men use Pure for Her?
Absolutely!
What is the difference between Pure for Her and Pure for Men?
To be clear, there are not many differences between the two products, so you’ll still get the same great results regardless of which product you use or whether you are a man or a woman.
Pure for Her's capsules are slightly smaller:
Many of our Pure for Her trial users found these capsules much easier to swallow. To make up for the lost fiber blend in each capsule, additional capsules are added to each bottle and the recommended servings size (capsule count) is a bit higher as a result.
In terms of end result, there's really no difference between Pure for Her and Pure for Men.
If you prefer taking less-but-larger capsules per day, go with Pure for Men.
If you prefer smaller-but-more capsules each day, Pure for Her is the best choice.
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for a new bottle.
